Who's Behind It

Meet Stuart.

I'm the fractional operator who's built agency operations and keeps the machine running smoothly for our clients.

With over 20 years in digital agency leadership, most recently taking an agency from £4M to £16M ahead of a successful exit and growing the team from 30 to 150+ people along the way. I've run operations end-to-end, from winning the work through to delivering it and keeping clients for the long term.

Alongside growing my the agency, I've worked within a number of other large organisations, helping them operate and grow, which has given me the experience to help smaller companies do the same.

Working inside big organisations taught me as much about what not to do as what to do: rigid structures, slow decision-making, change that took months to land. It made me appreciate how much faster and more meaningful progress can be in a smaller, owner-managed business, where one good decision on a Tuesday can be live by Thursday.

That's where I do my best work now - helping SMB owners across Bristol and the South West fix the sales, delivery and operational bottlenecks quietly capping their growth, and layering in practical automation that clears admin and drives meaningful improvements quickly.
